PEST SERVICES PROGRAM

Antex is able to provide your building, people and facilities with a variety of programs designed to be the most effective at eliminating pests. The latest in equipment and materials are combined with methods developed to ensure that you are free from pest infestation and protected from problems in the future.

INITIAL SERVICE

The initial service will allow for the installation of equipment to be used in your custom pest program. Detailed inspection and treatment will be performed in order to identify and eliminate current infestations. Service personnel will establish contact routines and communication to increase the effectiveness of the program. Necessary follow-up services will also be scheduled at this time.

REGULAR SERVICE

Regular service will be performed at a specified frequency based on your program. The service will consist of interior and exterior inspection, monitoring pest activity and determining the best action or application to be made at that time. Any use of pesticides will take into account the most effective means of preventing pests with the smallest impact on non-pests. Preventive servicing on the exterior will be performed during the regular service. Procedure will include:

  • Call prior to service date to confirm schedule
  • Check-in with the designated contact for the pest program
  • Review of the sighting log
  • Completion of a service report
  • Review of service and recommendations with program contact
  • Schedule any necessary follow-up

RODENT PROGRAM

Tamper resistant bait stations will be secured on the exterior and interior traps utilized to provide ongoing protection from rodents. Your program will be customized specifically for need, industry requirements (labeling, mapping, monitoring) or to comply with your requests.

EXTERIOR PROGRAM

A perimeter program is used to reduce the chances of pest entry while decreasing the need for interior applications of pesticides. Rodent stations are cleaned and monitored for both rodent and insect activity. Recommendations will be made concerning any sanitation or structural issues encountered on the exterior that may be contributing to pest pressure.

FLYING INSECT PROGRAM

Insect Light Traps will be installed and maintained according to the program specified. Residual and bait applications may be used around the exterior where sources or collecting points of flying insects are identified. Identification of potential areas of attraction or entry will be noted and methods of eliminating/reducing the pest pressure will be recommended. Traps specified in the program will be monitored.

EXTRA SERVICE

Requests for service in between regularly scheduled visits will be responded to quickly. Calls during weekday business hours will be returned within 1-2 hours. Service response for covered pests will be within 24 hours. Calls outside of business hours are monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Calls for non-covered pests will be returned similarly and service response scheduled.
